What payment terms are available?
We accept credit cards, cash and check for all payments. Discounts may be available for 10 day payment terms. All invoices are due in 30 days. Please call the office to find out more.
How will you deliver my job?
In most cases jobs will be delivered through a secondary carrier such as UPS or FedEx. Some special exceptions may include personal delivery via a Hill Tool employee. If you feel you have a special circumstance and would like more information call our office.
How long will it take?
Please call ahead with your job time limits. We pride ourselves on our on time service. Please be aware that after-hours work will result in job upcharges.
Are you ISO 9001:2015 certified?
Our certifications are not currently available. This is an ongoing project, check back frequently for certification updates.
What CNC programing do you use?
We have a wide array of programming options. Send us your .dxf, .cad, .dwg, .x_t, .igs and others, we will be happy to quote your project.
